Franz's Kettlebell Class

1st Set - 4th set
1. Double Clean --- Squat --- Press (5times)---12kg
2. Windmills 3 each side --- 8kg
3. Swings -- 10 ---16kg
4. 1st set --- Kettlebells at side walk forward & backward 4times each leg -- walk side to side 4 times -- walk backwards forwards 4 times each leg --- 12kg
2nd set --- Kettlebells in double cling position walk forward & backward 4times each leg -- walk side to side 4 times -- walk backwards forwards 4 times each leg
3rd set --- Kettlebells in double snatch position forward & backward 4times each leg walk side to side 4 times
4th set --- Kettlebells in cling position ... Circular motion 5 times each side

5th-8th set
1. Kettlebell weaving between legs --- 5 each direction --- 12kg
2. 5 snatches each arm --- 12kg
3. 5 squats into rollbacks with kettlebell and snap up --- 12kg
4. 5 deadlifts each leg --- 12kg
5. Pull ups 5 total --- no weight
