5 minutes of Snatches --- 93 total alternating arms 8kg

1st-4th set
1. clean one arm lung backwards -- 5 each leg 12 kg
2. 1 snatch and then three slow squats looking at kettlebell and touching floor with fingers 12kg
3. 10 swings one arm -- switch 12 kg

5th-8th set
one arm swing -- clean -- snatch -- windmill -- 2 times with patern -- then 8 slow sit-ups
