Sets 1-2 45 seconds intervals
1. Rope climb up and down
2. Single Dead Lift legs --- 16kg
3. Windmills -- 12 kg
4. Deadlifts --- 40kg
5. Alternating Rows --- 12 kg
6. Presses on back -- 12kg, 8kg
7. Double Swings -- 12 kg

Sets 3-4 30 second intervals
1. Rope climb up and down
