    20 minute conditioning workout

    Swing set
    15 2 arm swings
    20 1 arm swings (10 each arm)
    10 alternating swings

    All the above one round. I did 5 rounds in less than 10 minutes. 225 swings total.

    Squat thrusts x 10
    Snatch x 10 each arm

    3 sets of the above.

    Pretty descent conditioning workout. It definitely got my heart rate up. ;o)

    I was really suprised that I got that 2nd rep with the 36. I've been on maintenance mode so long for strength it was a nice suprise when it went up.

    3x3 on both exercises.

    Windmill 2x3 Just to loosen up.. My back is full of knots and I'm stiff. :0/

    superset... 3 sets total 60 seconds between sets.

    That's it because it is like 100 degrees outside today and I didn't get my workout in until late today...
