    I still have no wind. And I think this cold has moved into my chest. I'm totally bumming because I don't feel like I can push it hard and it is only 2 weeks before 12/4 meet.

    I'm not feeling well. Think I have a cold or something, but I've gone 5 days w/o working out and didn't think I could go another one. 3 weeks before the meet!

    The workout didn't feel too bad. But I was going for 20/20 on the first set and I only had the 17 in me today. Plus I was huffing and puffing alot more than usual. Stopped at the 3 sets today. I'll up the sets again in a couple of days.
