2006-07-18PM; started out training with a whitebelt as a warmup; he was big and clumsy as all fuck, but it got my heart rate up so it did the job. After a couple of rounds class started; we focused on the most basic pass Relson teaches and broke it out into each step. This was a beginner's class so I was just there to help the lower belts learn the moves; unfortunately the guy I was with was incompetent and arrogant. He ignored my directions and made so many stupid comments, I finally just let him do it wrong. After class I grabbed Mika, since he's reasonably big and a two stripe blue. Unfortunately, he is not much of a challenge for me and took him four to nothing with two kimuras, a toehold and a collar choke. Aloha!
