Finally nailed the lpp down. On my last set I realized I need to keep the kettlebell and arm pushed against my body. It flew up like a feather. Before I was doing a "press-clean", meaning I kept my forearm vertical and away from my body.
I'm almsot trough my 2-week break-in period. I'm looking forward to next four weeks, as well as the four month program Adam has in mind.
