Been GTGing pushup variations for two weeks. Static holds, negatives, elevated one arm pushups, etc. Did my first full one arm one leg pushup one week ago. Today the first on my left. Normal one arm pushups are simple enough to be my main GTG exercise. Abs are getting really strong from this stuff.

Have a one week break from ETK and have been GTGing one arm pushup variations.

Was always leading with unloaded shoulder before. I hope to achieve an one arm one leg pushup end of the week.

On a side note: I'm also GTGing pistols left side only. Now I've got the technique down, I need to improve strength to match my right leg.

Feel extremely weak today. And shoulder is still aching. Decided to skip my training (too high volume for hurt shoulder) and do some various stuff. Was thinking of pressing the 32kg, but felt even too weak to do that.

• loaded cleans @ 32kg
• one arm pushups
• one arm one leg pushup try out (almost succeeded, lost ab tension)
• PR: 18 pistols right (goal!), 5 pistols left (sub-goal!)
• PR: 5 fingertip pullups

Right leg still fuel in the tank, left leg very ugly last rep.

PR: 36kg mp right hand! (24+12kg stacked)

• Some presses @ 32kg. On my right it felt.. different then before. I don't really know. Lighter I guess? Left side seems overused - got it up only once. Have experienced a weak feeling on my left for days.
• Pistols: 2x1 @ 32kg right & 1x @ 24kg left (PR?)
• Bottom up clean @ 32kg right (did not try left, want to let it rest)
