One arm Push Jerk w/ 2 pood, 2x3
One arm clean and push jerk w/ 2 pood, 2x3
2 arm swing intervals w/ 1 pood, 8 10 second all out sets with 20 second rests between.
(I've tried tabata before and couldn't make the full 4 minutes, so I'm going to do this sissy 10 on/20 off scheme and gradually work up to 20 on/10 off)
