  2. Screw it, I'm doing PTTP

    To make a long story short, I have had the PTTP book for almost ten years and I have never really given it a shot for very lont. I usually stuck with KB's. Unfortunately, for the past 4 years I have done nothing for exercise. So I therefore have nothing to loose.

    So, looking down the barrel of my 40th year, here is the plan:

    Dead lift, a press, lots of walking.
