I love Kettlebells but am also interested in body weight exercises and old strong men stuff.
I got back into fitness when I discovered Kettlebells. I've lost 40 pounds since working with Doug.
I currently enjoy the warrior diet.

5 x 5 HeSPU negatives ( I am sooo close to doing one)
5 x 3 L-Sit pull ups
ran for about 25 minutes barefoot.
Was going to do some burpees and deckrolls after my pull ups by the lawn got watered. Instead I decided to go running (something I haven't done for a few years). To spice it up I just did it barefoot. My cardio was fine but I'm super sore in my legs
