    50 K Challange Day 10

    AM:
    1) Snatches w/ 24
    5L & 5 R per min for 20 sets = 200 reps / 200pts
    *** my left shoulder hurts when i lock it out at the top of the snatch, right is fine. The DMSO helped last night but i need to be careful i do not kill my left shoulder

    Done for the day and maybe tomorrow, i need to listen to my body, 50K is a long way off, as much as i do not want to take a break, i do not want to get injured either.

    AM:
    1) Snatches w/ 24
    5L & 5 R per min for 10 sets = 100 reps / 100pts
    *** sore but not too bad

    1-1/2 hours between sets

    2) Snatches w/ 24
    5L & 5 R per 1-2 min for 20 sets = 200 reps / 200pts
    *** pretty good, it seems the early sets are the hardest because i am still waking up, I did 3 of the sets as 10 & 10 - just because, not bad but i need to remember it is a long race ...

    *** today my hands were really sore, maybe 50/day is out - i'm thinking i need rest days eventually - new goal is 425 per day

    5L & 5 R per 1-1/2 min for 20 sets = 200 reps / 200pts
    *** Alot better then this morning
    - 1 hr cardio workout with Jessy - No snatches but over 200 2 hand swings, ...

    *** still going good but my wife is home sick, i just hope i can avoid it or i can never win this thing

    *** getting easier and easier, i feel like i am getting into a groove (time to get more cotten gloves i can cut the fingers off) ...

    *** Started out tough but got better - formed 1 blood blister but its no big deal for now - still seems like the way to go with the workouts
