50 K Challange Day 10

1) Snatches w/ 24
5L & 5 R per min for 20 sets = 200 reps / 200pts
*** my left shoulder hurts when i lock it out at the top of the snatch, right is fine. The DMSO helped last night but i need to be careful i do not kill my left shoulder

Done for the day and maybe tomorrow, i need to listen to my body, 50K is a long way off, as much as i do not want to take a break, i do not want to get injured either.
