Shitty Day

Bench 225 X 5, 315 X 4, 365 X 3, 385 X 2, 415 X 2 (Easy), 425 X 1 (Miss 2), 425 X 1 (Miss 2)
365 X 3 X 2(soft touch) 385 X 2


It is apparent to me that I need to start doing pauses and soft touches. I am not making my weakpoint any stonger and I am just spinning my tires! Droping the weight next week to 365 and 385 and am gonna stay there for 4 weeks.
