I have been missing too many lifts lately. I have come to the conclusion that I am depending on bouncing the weight too much. Going to lighten the weights and start over. I will use 455 for my soft touch max.

Morning - 225 X 5, 275 X 4, 315 X 3 X 2, 340 X 3 X 5

Afternoon - 225 X 4, 275 X 4, 315 X 4 X 4

Evening - Squat 225 X 3, 315 X 3, 405 X 3 X 5
Dumbell swing
Dumbell snatch

Felt pretty good second day of soft touch and already starting to adapt.

Note: I was sore from Mondays workout. I AM NEVER SORE FROM BENCHING especially with 75% weights. I think the soft touch is strengthening areas that were neglected to to big bounce.
