    very good day widened my grip a little and felt much stronger toward the top.

    225 X 3, 315 X 3, 365 X 3, 385 X 3, 405 X 3, 365 X 3

    Just getting back into the swing of things. My hands are fucked.

    I missed the 2nd rep on my 5th set. The weight felt like a ton of bricks. going to take it easy next week.

    Close Grip

    Reps felt smooth. I think I'm going to focus more on wide grips for assistance because close grips feel as strong as my normal grip. (I don't think they need any work)

    Flip flopping Monday and Wednesday this week because I feel stronger on Monday.

    225 X 5, 275 X 4, 335 X 3, 385 X 1, 405 X 1 425 X 1, 435 X 1 X 4(I missed my third one. Don't know what happended I just lost focus so I made it up) 395 X 3 X 3

    395 X 3 was pretty strong. I'm switching to 395 and 415 for my triples and doubles from here on out.
