    Had to skip deadlifts my hand has been tore up all week. It has been affecting my benching.

    Pretty easy but not time to move up yet. 3rd rep was a little slow at the top for 2 of the sets.

    The close grips felt great. I'm going to be sure to work them in at least once a week.
