A-1: Hand to hand Military Press - 4x5 l,r (70)
A-2: One Arm Row from a Double Bent-Over Row Position - 4x7 each side (88)
A-1, take a 45 second break, A-2, take a 45 second break, repeat until all sets are done.
B-1: Hindu Squat - 4x30
B-2: Double Clean - 4x10 (70s)
B-1, take a 45 second break, B-2, take a 45 second break, repeat until all sets are done.
*Felt great today. I got a lot of sleep last night and was able to go full bore and start the week off right! Left a few in the bank, now I'm ready for my day
