Barbell Side-Press
1x5 75 lbs.
1x5 65 lbs.
Barbell Deadlift
1x5 295 lbs.
1x5 265 lbs.
8x5 235 lbs.
*Third Bear day, and I'm loving it. It seems like the more time I take off between workouts, the stronger I am. Plus the waist is still consistently shrinking, so I'll probably keep taking at least three days between workouts.
