    Joint mobility is good. Kettlebell strengthening-all sets. Only two sets on get up set up. I'm still having problems with control on this one. It's hard for me to keep my leg down. But, I'm not giving up.

    No soreness today. Joint mobility no problems. Kettlebell strengthening, I did all sets except for get up set up. Did one set. Will strive for two on next workout. Also, on kettlebell strenthening, I realized I was giving out quicker than on Tuesday. But I was doing 3 sets of 10 instead of 3 sets of 5.

    Today, still a little sore. Started my workout at 7:15 am. Finished 7:45 am. Started with joint mobility. No problems. On my kettlebell strengthening, I did all sets except for get up set up. Only did one set. Still finding this one a little hard with the weight especially after doing all my sets of the others.
