Training Log: May 4th, 2006

No soreness today. Joint mobility no problems. Kettlebell strengthening, I did all sets except for get up set up. Did one set. Will strive for two on next workout. Also, on kettlebell strenthening, I realized I was giving out quicker than on Tuesday. But I was doing 3 sets of 10 instead of 3 sets of 5.
