Windmills-light/warm up
8kg x5(1), 12kgx5 (1), 16kgx5(1), 20kgx4(2)

Snatches
warm up: 8kgx5, 12kgx5
work set: 16kg (8x9)

Single Arm Swings
work set: 20kg (10 x 3) *busted a blister, so had to go to the grips
24kg (10x 2)

Bosu Ball: get downs/ups (BW- 10x3)
Handstands: practice and with Rif's assistance
