Workout at Stone's

Windmills-heavy: 12 x5(2), 16 x 5, 20 x5, 24x5 (3)

Bottoms Up Press/Bell press: 26 x 5(1), 36 x1-right arm only(2), no go on left arm
26 x5(1)......then did some bell presses with the 8 and 12kg for 4 reps (2)

Swings-double: 20 x20, 24 x20(3)

That's all for today...good solid workout=good sweat!
