    Workout at Stone's

    Windmills-heavy: 12 x5(2), 16 x 5, 20 x5, 24x5 (3)

    Bottoms Up Press/Bell press: 26 x 5(1), 36 x1-right arm only(2), no go on left arm
    26 x5(1)......then did some bell presses with the 8 and 12kg for 4 reps (2)

    Swings-double: 20 x20, 24 x20(3)

    That's all for today...good solid workout=good sweat!

    Turkish Get-ups: 8kg x 3

    Swing/Squat: 12kg x 10(5)
    DARC Swings: 12kg x 20(5)
    Front Squats: 12kg x 5
    16kg x 5(3)

    Good to get this in on a Tuesday

    Snatches
    warm up: 8kgx5, 12kgx5
    work set: 16kg (8x9)

    Single Arm Swings
    work set: 20kg (10 x 3) *busted a blister, so had to go to the grips
    24kg (10x 2)

    Bosu Ball: get downs/ups (BW- 10x3)
    Handstands: practice and with Rif's assistance
