Snatch (16KG) - 10/10, 15/15 - 10/10, 10/10 - 10/10, 8/8, 8/8 - 152 reps

Lockout holds (24Kg) 30 seconds, switch, 30 seconds, rest. about 5 sets = 5 minutes total.

1 arm swing (24KG) 4 sets of 10/10 (80 reps total)

Farmer's Hold - (2 32KGs) - 30 on, 30 off, 4 sets

Super Gripper (5-1) - 5 sets of 5 (each arm)
