    Still feeling it from the Bear workout on Saturday, which I will move to Friday to space it better. The Swings were I nice surprise, felt really good on the opening set. Getting the groove with those and be able to really blast.

    1st Bear attempt, wiped out afterwards can't tell if it's from sushi or bear. I will move this workout to Fridays and give it another try, if I feel bad again, I will get rid of it.
