1st Day......

I have just completed my first day. The cold just kept hanging on. I am still a little congested. But wow, am I out of shape. I did TGU's for 5 minutes, which with rest was 2 per side with the 16kg. I was capable of 20 swings the first set and 16 the second with the 16kg. I can't believe how much conditioning I have lost. I fell off the band wagon for 9 months. What is even more amazing is I enjoy these workouts. I even enjoy how I feel right after the workout even though I am covered in sweat and can't breathe.

I would love for this to be a life long endeavor. When you enjoy something, why do you sometimes avoid it?
