  1. 1st Day......

    I have just completed my first day. The cold just kept hanging on. I am still a little congested. But wow, am I out of shape. I did TGU's for 5 minutes, which with rest was 2 per side with the 16kg. I was capable of 20 swings the first set and 16 the second with the 16kg. I can't believe how much conditioning I have lost. I fell off the band wagon for 9 months. What is even more amazing is I enjoy these workouts. I even enjoy how I feel right after the workout even though I am covered in ...

    It is funny when I get sick, I always think, "I will never take for granted being well". Gotta remember how much is sucks being sick and how great it is to just be well. The big picture is: it's all good. You especially realize how good you have it when you are stuck in bed.

    So, I am saying it again....I will not take for granted being well.

    Get ups and swings
    5 minutes of get ups
    10 minutes of swings
    Slow

    3 days per week for 1 month.

    Alternate days
    work in yard
    walk
    play with the boys

    Starting weight: 235lbs
    Starting waist: 38in
    TGU's: 35lbs
    Swings: 53lbs

    Start: today is June 3, 2009. I am down with a severe cold and stomach bug. Planned start day is Monday, June 8, 2009.
