VO2 Max test w/ 16kg = 20 SN during minute 6.

VO2 max interval work:
20 sets of 12, 24:00 total, 12:00 of work
36:36 work/rest
240 total snatches (350#/min)

Started to lose grip strength around set 16 or 17. Max HR of 180 arrived on scene around that time as well.
