    Pulled muscle in back from stretching, took day off.

    TGU 3/3 - 16kg
    Windmills 3/3 - 16kg
    Side Press practice for technique w/ 16.

    Repeat above with 20kg, and then 24kg.

    Add in 50 swings as per W2's instructions. Top off with a short and sweet bike ride and 20 pullups on the kid's swing set in the park. Stretched legs and ass for about an hour while watching the Penguins lose to the Red Wings, 2-1.

    Need to get back to rockin on the technique/stability/core side of KBs, hence the light weights ...
