    Loaded Dbl Cleans, 5x16, 24/20kg, total: 80
    Leisurely bike ride

    VO2 Max test w/ 16kg = 20 SN during minute 6.

    VO2 max interval work:
    20 sets of 12, 24:00 total, 12:00 of work
    36:36 work/rest
    240 total snatches (350#/min)

    Started to lose grip strength around set 16 or 17. Max HR of 180 arrived on scene around that time as well.

    C&P 1-3x5, 24kg ETK style
    Low intensity cardio experiment. Did 2:00 intervals, 8/8 (l/r) high pull swings, for 17 rounds.
    Wore heart rate monitor to establish limits.
    Average high heart rate taken immediately after swinging was 150-160.
    Average low heart rate at start of swinging was 108.

    Am going to start VO2 max protocol. Test will follow.

    10:00 One Arm Swing, 10/10 on the minute = 200. Felt better than last time out even after hiking and biking for Mem. Day.

    C&P [1-4]x5 - 24kg - long rests between sets, total completion in 37:30
    200 swings in 10:00 10/10 on the minute - really really really sucking wind, but made it happen. Will keep this regimen until it's manageable.

    (Note added 7/7/2008: 1060#/min swings)
