    Windmills w/ 20kg, mountain bike ride, some long crunches, nothing really huge or earth shattering

    C&P 1-3x5 24kg, slow grinding.
    RKC SN volume method, level 3, 10:00 5/5 on the minute. Finally got in SN groove around the 5th or 6th set.

    Goal is to increase 2 minutes a week for 5 weeks, doing this workout 2x a week. I also realize that my legs are probably limiting factor.

    (Note added 7/7/08: 530#/min snatches)

    C&P [1-5]x5 in about 45 minutes, Mission Accomplished!!!! Next stop: Do it in 35 minutes
    10:00 high pull swings - 130 reps

    Medium day: C&P doubles [1-4]x5 w/ 20/24kg
    10:00 of high pull swings - 24kg, 112 reps

    Easy day, C&P ladders [1,2,3]x5, single 24kg felt pretty good, next easy day will up to [1,2,3,4]x5
    GS snatch test (24kg), 49 total reps (score 24.5) in 6:30.

    Need to invest in some chalk and wrist bands. Palm sweat was biggest factor.
