Back on PTP!
After trying some other program's and training without routine I'm finally back on PTP!
This is what I'm doing now;
PTP 4 - 5 times a week
- Floor Press: 2x5
- Dead Lift: 2x5
GTG
- Pull ups; Ladders / 3xRM / Weighted
- Pistols
