My achieves since the autumn of 2006 when i got pavels books and other good articles(coach sommer,beastskills.com,fighterfitnessforum.com)and real knowledge about how to train.

Deadlift:152kilos(338pounds)@ a bodyweight of 71 kilos/158 pounds for five reps.
it wasn`t all,but i`ll start over with a new cycle now.
Bent press:40kilos/88Pounds
weighted chins with 52kg/115pounds @ a bodyweight of 68 kilos/151pounds
one solid one arm chin with the right arm.
a solid straddle planche, a straddle planche push, a flag for more than 20 seconds.
a front lever for more than ten seconds.
Kettlebell Dragonflag with two 24Kg Kettlebells in my Hands and 2.5 kilos tied to my feet for five reps,this is my normal training weight and no PR!!!
My first Bulldog C&P has been successful.
Also a two pood bottom up press.
