Currently been doing ROP out of ETK and some, but not too much, general labouring work for a few hours every once in a while (axe-swinging, sawing, etc). Pushing myself hard as 1) I want to be the strongest and fittest I've ever been in my life for my last season of boxing 2) I have a 2 week summer holidays coming up in July, so want to push my body hard before then. But I'm making sure not to overtrain by calming down intensity of variety days when labouring.
