Training Log: July 27th, 2006

Been a while since I updated this. Since then I injured myself in a couple of nasty ways, and have had to take the focus off my upper body in order to heal. My legs and abdominals have been tasked with picking up the slack, to that end I have been doing hindu squats, pistols, kosack shuffle (and pretty much everything else) with a heavy vest. Hours of kata and qigong. Last but not least I been doing a staggering variety of back and abdominal excercises.
