    M2 Mobility drills

    Some fun with the TRX suspension system; pushups, rows, suspended ab work.

    Afternoon:
    21 min treadmill, increasing angle, then eventually increasing speed to 4.0, then back down both angle and speed.

    Gym:

    Russian Squat assault, based on 200lbs max
    140x9 reps x 4 sets
    Accidentally did 4 sets of 4 reps first, so finished with 3 sets of 9. Pretty tough!

    Rack pulls: 225x5x3, focusing on good form, keeping big chest.

    Side press: 52x5x1, 47x5x1

    BW rows, ft on bench: 5x2

    Treadmill: walking at 3.2mph, upping the incline half percent every minute. Ended up at 7% incline, 13 minutes, 100 calories

    Morning: some m2 mobility drills

    noon:
    sets of bodyweight rows, pushups with ft on bench
    chin-ups, dips
    farmer walk with 70's
    gripping the end of 25lbs and 30lbs hex dumbbells for time.

    Evening:
    40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest
    - Jump roping
    - One-handed swings with 16kg (also darc swings)

    27 minutes.

    Put the 8kg, 16kg and 24kg kb next to each other

    Did sets using all 3:

    - Several sets of swings (20 reps, 10R 10L)
    - Set of cleans
    - Set of high pulls
    - Set of snatches.
