    Super joints
    24kg Snatches top of the minute style 7+7x8 then 5+5x2 = 122 snatches in 10 minutes

    I kind of pulled back on volume because I am taking on a new training partner. and I have to instruct them a little so it slows me down.

    Did max snatch with 32kg 5x5+7 = 70 snatches in 7 minutes with a 32kg.

    I am happy with this showing.

    28kg Military Press 5x5
    28kg Snatches Top of Minute style 5+5x10 = 100 snatches with 62lbs in 10 minutes.

    I almost talked myself out of this days workout, but my determination won out. I am proud of myself for getting workout done and done strong.
    Felt good today, just lazy.
