28kg Military Press 5x5
28kg Snatches Top of Minute style 5+5x10 = 100 snatches with 62lbs in 10 minutes.

I almost talked myself out of this days workout, but my determination won out. I am proud of myself for getting workout done and done strong.
Felt good today, just lazy.
