    24kg TGU 3x3
    28kg,62lbs snatches top of the minute style 5+5x7 = 70 snatches in 7 minutes
    rollouts on knees 5x3

    Felt good, workout was hard. TGU followed by snatches eats my lunch. I am staying on target though.

    Double 24kg front squats 5x5
    32kg standing military press 3x3
    28kg standing military press 3x3
    20kg getup situps 10+10x2

    I need to work on the pressing. I used to do 5x5 with 32kg.
    Generally felt great. My mind tried to get me to skip this workout and play video games, My manhood won over and I did workout

    Overhand pullups with blue band for assist 5x3
    24kg snatch top of the minute protocol 6+6x10 minutes = 120 snatches in 10 min.

    I felt better today. My diet is off wack and I can do a lot better. Yime to get my act together. I was down to 220lbs and now I am 250lbs. All that work wasted because I got lazy. Well no need in beating myself up over it, I just need to start anew.

    24kg swings 6+6x5 Top of the minute style = 60 snatches in 5 min

    I ran out of gas and crashed today. I know what happened, I didn't eat anything today. I forgot to eat ? I won't let that happen again.

    32kg Snatches 5 left + 5 right 7 sets these are not done on the top of minute. Took about a minute rest between sets. =70 snatches with 70 pounder
    bell behind neck good mornings 32kg 10 reps 3 sets.

    I like to use heavrier bell on snatches. Gets you to do the triple extension to get up all reps. Also makes you do virtual stomp. Will make 24kg snatches sharper and better form. Plus really workd grip at a higher degree.
