windmills 24kg 5+5x3 5 reps left and right x3 sets
snatches 24kg 5+5 top of the minute x12 minutes = 120 snatches in 12 minutes.

Feeling better, my wind is returning. I wish I didn't slack off, but what is done is done. I can not live in the past. I will be better than ever. Praise the bell.

A little sore from yesterday, but not bad. legend reps first x sets

    24kg C&P 5+5x5
    24kg windmills 3+3x2
24kg swings one handed 10+10x5 Top of the minute for 5 minutes = 100 swings in 5 minutes.

I think I might have over done it with the swings but, I think I will survive.

Having to restart after a long layoff. Nothing serious, just a change of life and I got real lazy. Lost a lot of the goods I reaped from kettlebells. No garage anymore so all will be with a kettlebell, no room for rack and weights

    24kg TGU 3reps L&R x2 sets
24kg snatches 5+5 L&R top of the minute Did it for 7 minutes = 70 snatches

Good to be back. Slow and steady this time.

    32kg swings 5x20
    Looks easy but it wasn't.
