Week 6 Rite of passage
4 ladders 3 rungs C/P and pullups
Did all ladders with 32kg 1 ladder felt weak after that I felt like bell floated up
Did pullups b/w I am feeling stronger in these made it through all ladders
Dice roll for snatches 7 min. did 80 got sloppy at end need more work on these.

Dice rool for swings 4 min. did 130 straight then 20 more for 150 in 4 min.

Started RTK Rite of Passage

Did all ladders with 32kg hard as hell but did it
Did pullups b/w I am 240lbs. so pullups are a bitch
Snatches dice roll( I am using Anthony's workbook for this and dice rolls are already made out.) did 50 total reps with 24kg in 5 min. This was 60% of max.
