10 set of 5 of pelvis retraction at the floor, face down, the kind pavel does
snatch warm up with 24kg: 1 set of 5,6,8,10
ssst first trial: change of hand every 5reps, total 80 reps, stop at 7'35"..not bad...UGLY!
shoulder stability work: 1'arm extended overhead+ 1' arm in rack with 24kgkb for 3 sets each arm
