    time work: each exercise done with rest 'till completing of the minute(i.e.6reps-28"-and then the remaining 32" of rest)
    Left hand:
    C&J 6reps
    jerk 5reps
    Clean 5reps
    Front Squat 5reps
    then right hand

    total 6 sets with 24kgkb

    warm-up just with some 16kg swings (short in time)
    24kg snatches 6reps left, completing 1',6reps right, completing 1', for 12 sets
    24kg snatches 6reps L + 6reps R each minute for 12'

    then, I carefully roll up my tongue and put it back in the mouth.
