    DB Bench Press 90 10 x 5 (really didn't struggle on any rep during the rep range...actually did 7 reps on last set and could've gotten 8 or 9. Move up to 100's next workout for 4 reps)

    Dips BW 3 x 8 (you go I go w/4 count negatives)
    Incline Converging Press 180 (90 per side) 3 x 8,6,6 (4 count neg narrow grip)

    Williams Plate Raise 45 3 x 8 (Slow and controlled)
    Inc Rear Laterals 15 2 x 15

    Bent Over Rows 185 3 x 8 (really focused on 4 count negative & pause at top)
    Seated Hammer Strength Rows 360 5 x 5 (perpendicular grip pause w/4 count negative)

    Preacher Curls 4 x 6-8 (pause w/4 count negative)

    *Night workout*

    4 x 10 65lbs 4 second negative Barbell Superstrict Curls

    2 1/2 mile cardio walk the dogs. Still feel pretty crappy and think taking today off of riding will do me better so that the rest of hte week I can train full blast.

    High Pull (w/5 sec negative) 95 8,6,6

    DB Hammer Clean and Press 40 x 8 50 x 5 55 x 5,5

    Behind Neck Reps (Bar only) 3 x 15

    ***pretty sick today, so I stayed low on all weights as I didn't have the stamina or the energy....tried to avoid injury especially since I'm just coming back to major delt pressing work***
