    Weighted Dips 60lbs 10 x 5 (5,5,5,5,5,4,3,4,4,3) *felt pretty fatigued, do 3/4 dips and focus more tri and less chest and delts*

    Barbell Curls 85 10 x 5 (too easy, needed another 10 lbs)

    Tri pushdowns stack + 4 plate mates & 1 stack plate 3 x 8

    DB standing twisting curls 35 3 x 8

    Rev wrist curls 3 x 8 30 lbs

    Standing DB wrist curls 3 x 8 70lbs
