    ankle keeps goofing on me, something in there moves,, and the next thing, ankle is locked up,
    I goof and get it to move again,
    back to normal
    sort of

    the saga continues

    the daily dead is over

    been on it for a while now and it is time to switch to a different thing

    it has gotten a bit out of hand
    the 28kg 350 swings each hand yesterday, 10/10 all day, 35 rounds
    plus all the other hooha I did to myself
    the ten minutes in the morning was enlightening
    today has been fun as well, the daily dead, then some fun with the 16
    slingshots, figure 8 lunges, ten swings each hand, ten snatches each hand, dunno, its on tape
    at the office, moved the 24 5x5 snatches finished off with a few swings (10/10) and 5x5 presses both sides ...

    1-4 1 at the top of the hour, 2 at 15 min after, 3 at 30 min after, 4 at 45 min after, etc.
