    Tested to see if I'm ready to handle the KB portion of the HOC Beginner's Workout. My main concern was whether my shoulder could handle the 10 clean & jerks.

    10 DARC Swings
    10 Clean & Jerks
    10 Snatches
    25 Under Leg Pass Figure 8s (KB coming out between legs)

    The C&Js for the most part felt fine. Just have to be careful with the shoulder. Snatches also felt fine. I then continued with

    Took Power Rings to playground and hung them on the monkey bar with the chain-suspended handles. Occasionally, little kids came by to ask what the rings were and what I was doing, but they weren't too much of a bother. Unless otherwise noted, exercises were done on the rings.

    Partial (about 80%) Sternum Pullups on Suspended Handles x2 x3

    Went to small park. Tried to use Power Rings for dips with tree limb, but webbing kept slipping. Later realized I had inserted the webbing into the wrong end of the clamp.

    Burned off frustration with HOC training w/ 16kg KB:

    Tried to do Shield Cast, managed one rep at RPE=10 (extremely hard)
