    Lower back regressing a bit. Is it because I didn't do the McGill routine yesterday or is it because of the Power Wheel work?

    Lower back tolerated sitting at work for longer periods today than last week. Just have to remember to take standing breaks every 50 min.

    Warrior Wellness Intermediate (except Lumbar and Shoulder Mobility Drills and 4CBD) - Shoulder mobility aggravated my lower back

    Power Wheel Basic Hand Walks 6,6,6,2 reps
    Done backwards, then 30 sec. rest, then forwards for one set, minimum 1 min. rest between sets.

    Walking Lunge - Approximately 25 yards x4 ...

    Ring Tuck Lever Holds 10,10,10,5 sec.
    Back was starting to feel sore, so I switched to nearly straightening my legs and putting them up against the webbing. I did 2 30sec holds this way.

    Ring Dips (outside grip) x3 x2

    Tried Archer Pullups - too hard - will have to try with rings at higher height.

    Will wait a few more weeks to try ring work again.

    Pullups 4,4,2,2 reps

    Spinal Decompression Hangs x3
