easy since i was still sore from saturday swings
squat 135x10, 225x7, 315x5x3 sets
speed bp 135x7x2, 225x5x5 3 grips
close grip off small phone book 225x10
clean grip dl 225x5, 315x3x3
pullupsx5
doing pullups 1 set every day and groove is absolutely getting better.
